Welcome to Investez!
I am Marco Phillip. I have many different passions, from basketball to surfing and even investments. I find it fascinating how putting a little money away can turn into much more with time.
From a young age, I was taught that one of the most important assets that one could have in life was to be financially literate to help oneself live a more comfortable life. Growing up, I was surrounded by the world of finance, listening to my father’s work calls and watching him navigate the investment world as an investment banker. That constant exposure sparked my passion for financial literacy and investing from about the age of 14.
Now, as I’m preparing to head into business school, I’ve decided to channel that lifelong interest into a project: a website intended to help the younger generation learn to invest in a simple and safe way. It’s not just a project for me, it’s a way to share the knowledge and values that have been a significant part of my life.

Hello all! I am the other founder, Jonathan Mullin. I enjoy a variety of activities, from sports like hockey to more creative things like photography. But, investing has become a key part of my life recently, so much so that I want to pursue a career in that field.
Similar to Marco, I have been taught about money from a young age. It stemmed more from real estate though, as my father owns real estate properties. Throughout my childhood, I would visit his properties over the summer and he would teach me about the business world and how to achieve financial freedom. That led me to doing more research of my own, which is why I decided that I wanted to go to a business school for my undergraduate college years.
Marco and I now want to share our knowledge with you guys. We want to teach you guys how investments can greatly benefit you both in the short run and the long run. Hopefully through this project, we can encourage the younger generation to start investing earlier and in turn gain financial independence earlier.
